George R. Packard
With over 20 years of professional experience and 15 years of Federal Government Contracting experience, Mr. Packard brings a track record of successful business development, new business capture, and successful high visibility program execution in the areas of MILCON and Host Nation Funded Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM), Mission Assurance, and Project Controls.
Mr. Packard established ALQIMI’s Pacific-focused PSG capabilities which was awarded its first contract in 2013, and its first prime contract in 2015. As Vice President of PSG, Mr. Packard is responsible for establishing PSG’s strategic goals and ensuring execution by leading business development and capture and operations.
Prior to joining ALQIMI in 2011, Mr. Packard was the Vice President of the Government Services Integrated Process Team, Inc. (GSipt) Professional Services Division. Prior to his tenure at GSipt, Mr. Packard served as an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton where he spent much of his time supporting the US Navy’s Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) Ashore Program Management Office. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Packard was employed by BMT Designers and Planners as an Environmental Analyst for Navy Shipboard Systems Evaluation and Analysis.
Mr. Packard holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and a MS in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
